Fernanda Pompermayer (1993) is a visual artist who challenges the boundaries between sculpture, painting, photography, and video.

Her research explores elements of landscape, the symbolic, and the domestic, traversing lucid dreams and invisible dimensions, galaxies, and stars. It also relies on intuitive gestures that emerge from the manual process, in a constant negotiation with matter.

Through the collage of fragments, she creates sculptures that transit between the natural and the synthetic, the figurative and the abstract, the sacred and the profane. While evoking the cosmos, her works also speak of intimacy, the body, and ornament, inviting the gaze to lose itself between excess and detail.

Her sculptures appear as ceremonial artifacts, ruins of altars, or fragments of suspended gardens. In them, controlled beauty coexists with imminent collapse: forms that shimmer yet threaten to melt away.
